Coming soon…Bluebeam Conversion Server 3.0
In October, Bluebeam Software will release Bluebeam Conversion Server 3.0, Bluebeam’s powerful file conversion software for firms needing to convert
CAD, Office and Windows files to PDF, TIF and 9 other file formats. The software is installed on a server and converts a large volume of files for an
entire organization. The Server operates through three interfaces: watched folders, a network PDF printer and an API for integration into a document
management system or other process. Version 3.0 will give users increased file conversion speed and new management tools to easily configure the
software and monitor conversion processes.

Server 3.0 utilizes multi-cores for faster performance when converting files from watched folders. Improvements in the network printer also make it
faster and more efficient for end users to create PDFs from their desktop applications.
Bluebeam Conversion Server 3.0 includes a Server Manager for configuring watched folders. The Server Manager simplifies the configuration of
conversion settings such as page size, layout, color, text stamps, DPI and more. Easier setup gets Bluebeam Conversion Server up and running faster
than ever before.
New in 3.0 is a web-based Server Reporting Tool that monitors and provides progress reports for conversions in real time. The dashboard lists a quick
summary of the status of all current jobs. Additional options allow you to view completed jobs, generate statistics on the number of file conversions,
graph the number of conversions over a specified date range and more. The Server Reporting Tool can track conversion processes as well as calculate
how quickly you reach a ROI.
