Is Bluebeam Revu 64-bit compatible?
Yes, Bluebeam Revu Standard, CAD and eXtreme are compatible with Windows XP x64, Vista x64, and Windows 7 x64. Users can also install 32-bit plug-ins for Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

Does Bluebeam Revu work in international versions of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office?
Yes, Bluebeam Revu CAD and eXtreme can be installed in non-English versions of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office. The Bluebeam plug-ins for these applications have been translated for Swedish, German versions only. For all other non-English languages, the Bluebeam menus, dialog boxes, etc. will be displayed in English.

What is included when I purchase maintenance?
Maintenance customers receive free major and minor upgrades as well as free phone and email technical support for one year. Maintenance is renewable every year. This optional program is listed in our pricing chart for Bluebeam Revu Standard, CAD and eXtreme.
What is a Minor upgrade?
Bluebeam releases minor upgrades when small enhancements are made to an existing version of software. Minor upgrades are free to customers who have purchased the same version of the software. For example, customers who have purchased a version 9.0 license can upgrade to version 9.5 or any other version 9.x release for free. Customers can download updates by visiting our support site.
What is a Major upgrade?
Bluebeam releases major upgrades when we have added significant new features to our software. An example of a major upgrade would be an upgrade from version 9.0 to version 10.0. Current customers can upgrade to the latest major version by purchasing a discounted upgrade license online or through Bluebeam Account Services, sales@bluebeam.com or 626.296.2140 (extension 1). Customers who have annual maintenance with their license do not have to purchase upgrades as they receive all upgrades free of charge.
What if I upgrade my AutoCAD, Revit or SolidWorks software and do not have the latest version of Bluebeam Revu?
Customers who upgrade to the latest version of AutoCAD, Revit and SolidWorks but do not have the latest version of Bluebeam Revu that plugs into that CAD version can still create PDF files using Bluebeam's PDF printer driver. For full access to the AutoCAD or SolidWorks plug-in, an upgrade of Bluebeam Revu may be required.
How do I upgrade my current Revu license to Revu eXtreme?
It's easy. Current customers with a license of Bluebeam Revu Standard or CAD can upgrade to Revu eXtreme by purchasing a license at the upgrade price. View the upgrade pricing list for Revu eXtreme or visit our online store to purchase your upgrade.
If you have maintenance on your license, please email sales@bluebeam.com for a price quote to continue your maintenance with the eXtreme license.
Can I transfer Bluebeam Revu from one computer to another?
Yes. You may transfer Bluebeam Revu by uninstalling the software from one workstation (provided it is connected to the Internet). This will free up the license key, and then you can install the same version of the software onto another computer. Use the same serial number and product key to register the software. If you uninstall our software from a computer that is not connected to the Internet, please contact support@bluebeam.com or 626.296.2140 (extension 2) so one of our associates can assist you.
What do I do if my hard drive crashes and I need to reinstall my software?
If your hard drive crashes and you need to transfer Bluebeam Revu to another computer, please contact Bluebeam support for assistance. You may email support@bluebeam.com or call 626.296.2140 (extension 2) with a brief explanation of the problem and your serial number. One of our support associates will assist you so you can reinstall and register the software on another workstation.
My clients do not have Revu. If I send them a file, will they be able to view my markups in another PDF viewer?
Bluebeam Revu follows the PDF standard which allows markups made in Revu to be seen in other PDF viewers. However, the only way to use Revu's unique markup features is by opening the PDF in Revu.
